On p.53 of the current (Oct/Nov 1998) issue of American Craft are three
pieces by Jaime Suarez from an installation at Taller Puertorriqueno,
Philedelphia, PA.
The credit line describes the material/process as:
stoneware, vinegar wash, oxides
Can someone explain what is meant by and the function of a vinegar
wash. This is the first time I've come across it.
