fire the lid on, it keeps the pot from deforming, then the lid
does not fit.
and of course, why clutter your shelves with lids, they belong
in their place.
i do find it important, if one uses a glassy clay body,
to coat the gallery with a coat of silica. just a thin coat.
then they do not stick as much........but nothing is perfect.
and can you believe the `toothpick trick?` damn
old man nils........new trick every day.
