Pam would definitely work. One of the big advantages of using Crisco is to
help hold down the hair on the models. It has it's limitations, but for
anyone who's ever had hair stuck in a plaster mold, every bit helps.
( Personally, I think the way to go is to have Pam rub Crisco all over your
body and forget about the casting.)
