I have been searching the archives (http://www.potters.org/categories.htm)
for information regarding use of pottery in microwave ovens to no avail. I
remember that there was a discussion on the subject recently. Could anyone
who has these postings either repost them to the list or post me off the
list.

I didn't save them, but you can find them by going to Dejanews and
searching there. Here are my easy instructions, which I think I
posted recently, but I'm not sure they ever actually appeared.
My favorite way to access the archives is through Dejanews
(www.dejanews.com), which archives all kinds of different newsgroups.
This one is good for when you know what the keywords are likely to
be and want to search specifically for messages containing those
words. When you get to the Dejanews home page, click Power Search at
the top of the page. On the Power Search page, type in your search
request in the box at the top. Below, under Search Options, in the
box marked Forum, type: bit.listserv.clayart. This will limit the
search to just Clayart messages -- if you don't do this, you will
still get the Clayart messages, but you may also get all kinds of
other stuff, some of it relevant, much of it not. Now click the Find
button, back up at the top next to where you typed your search
request. Ta-da!
