Amen. I wonder if anyone has actaully done a study of bacteria in a crazed
glaze bowl after a hot sudsy wash and rinse. I understand that a good, well
fitted glaze is best, but I don't think one is going to become sick from a
clean, crazed bowl. I may be wrong, but there are enough germs on the door
handle to the grocery store that I would seriously worry about than the
craze cracks in my cereal bowl.
