Hello Yasuko, There is a college in Portland that has a ceramics
program, it's called Oregon College of Craft. I was the very first
graduate back in 1990. If you are going to focus on wheel oriented work
I would advise against the college, as the instructors focus mainly on
sculpture and wall hanging pieces. My 2 cents worth. Jim

Check out Oregon School of Arts and Crafts.....great ceramic program and
facility. There are a few good ceramic programs in Portland. Start at
OCAC and ask questions. Also Oregon Potters Association is a great
resource as well.
