To reach the Ojai, California, home page click on the following url:

http://www.ojai.org/index.shtml

You can then click on Art/Music and then on the name of Beatrice Wood.
Unfortunately, as of now the only info on that final page is that there
soon WILL BE more information about Beatrice Wood available. I
personally am willing to wait, hoping it will be something not easily
accessible elsewhere, and plan to click in and out periodically. I'm
hoping for more pictures of her pots. However, you can also reach Otto
Heino's Home Page through the Ojai url. Well worth the trip.

In the Mojave where our desert scrub acreage looks like a meadow thanks
to El Nino, and where the concrete, gas line and work bench are now
ready to receive the new Geil soda/salt kiln when it finally arrives...

Searching the Studio Potter directory last night I found the article in the
journal dated 6/95 - Vol 21, #2 - an interview titled " The view from One

Joyce Lee offered you a website for the Ojai in order to see material
on Beatrice Wood and also suggested you use it to go to Otto Heino's
website. If you want to get to it directly, go to:
http://www.ottospottery.com/

I talked to Otto a few weeks ago and he is always willing to see
visitors. Currently, he is eagerly awaiting his new Rolls convertable.
He had to wait longer than expected becaue BMW purchased Rolls and it
must come from Germany. Poor guy!
