Does anyone happen to be driving from Ft. Worth to Denton during NCECA? I
would particularly like to get to the reception at U. of N. Texas for
Ceramics USA '98, which runs from 7 to 9 on Tuesday, Mar. 24th. There was
also a notice on Clayart about a mid-exhibit reception for a show at Texas
Women's University on the same evening, March 24th, from 5 to 7 p.m.
Alternatively, I might be interested in going up on Wed. or Thurs., but
that means missing some sessions etc that I want to attend.
I had plans made with Jean Lehman who wanted very much to go to the opening
and was renting a car and looking for passengers, but she finds that she is
unable to attend NCECA at all.
I will be arriving at the Worthington about 4 p.m. on the 24th, but leaving
early on Saturday ( missing one of my favorite sessions " Emerging Talent").
I would share costs, but not too eager to rent a car or drive myself.
