Hi everyone,
I'm moving out of my house in Vienna, Virginia (Washington D.C. metro area)
and selling my Skutt 818P. For those of you interested in a small electric
kiln, please email me off list, or feel free to give me a call at (703)
383-6980. The kiln is in immaculate condition, and is seven years old, and
has only been fired four times to ^06. I paid $680 for it in '92, but will
entertain all offers, and will throw in the kiln furniture for free. Need
it out of my house no later than July 15.

FOR SALE: Brand new, never-fired Skutt KS-1018 kiln with kilnsitter, with
Envirovent and kiln furniture kit, both still in their original boxes.
Chamber opening: 23 3/8 inches; 18 inches deep, 4.6 cu. ft.; fires to Cone
10. No electronic controller. Whole setup retails for over $1,800; I'm
asking $1,350.
(If this ad sounds familiar, it's because I offered this kiln for sale
about a month ago but mistakenly represented it as a KS-1027. That's what
I get for relying on my memory alone. My apologies to Karen Nakahihara for
getting her hopes up.)

I have a Skutt kiln for sale. The model is 1227. It is a 3phase kiln with
208v, 48amps. The kiln comes with six half shelves, posts, and a vent. It is
less than 2 years old and has been used about a dozen times. The bricks,
elements, and vent are in excellent shape. The asking price is $1500. Please

I have an older Skutt model 183 4 cubic foot kiln. I used it alternatively
with my 7 cubic foot kiln for glaze loads, but at the present I am
downsizing my life and this kiln is for sale. It is 17" wide x 27" deep and
comes with a Dawson kiln sitter, stand and one full shelf and 2 ea 1/2
shelves. It has the usual nicked and chipped bricks on the inside. I am

I have sold my Shimpo wheel but still have a Skutt KM1027 kiln. It is
single phase 240 volt with the Controller on it. It also has an envirovent
with it. This kiln has only been fired about 10 times and is in perfect
condition. Located in Concord North Carolina. I am asking $1500 for all
including 1 full shelf, 4 half shelves and various legs. I can't ship but I
will deliver within a reasonable distance. Will leave it listed here for a
couple more weeks then take it to Seagrove.

I have a Skutt KM-1227 3ph for sale. It has never been fired. Specifics:
9.92 cubic feet, 28 1/8" opening, 27' deep, fires to cone 8. Comes with
kiln shelves and kiln furniture. Has its own vent. Looking for $1,700. or
