Have seen reference to Bourrey Kilns on the list...somebody has one, no?
Where might I find a print source of info for this design with some
detailed illustrations? I have the vague notion that it is a sort of
cross/down draft wood fired beast. Thank you one and all!

I'd suggest Jack Troys book, Wood-fired Stoneware and Porcelain. It
contains just what you want. I have yet to get the Fred Olsen or Nils Lou
books so can't speak to them.
