In my experience, the wholesale buyers are very reluctant to pay packing
percentages on top of shipping charges.
As a retailer and buyer, when they consider pricing something, they need to
determine quickly if they can sell it at a certain price, with all the add-ons
it can boggle their mind. If you are going to add packing charges on, why not
include it in the price? You cannot get anything to anywhere without packing
