If it isn't one thing it's another, eh?

Yesterday I was in the process of doing a bisque. Two hours on low, two
hours on medium and three hours on high as I have done many times. After
the three hours I started checking the cone (06) and it was still up so
I gave it some extra time checking every 15 minutes. After an hour I
noticed it was cooling down and I had not touched the controls. After
another hour it was now getting dark, so I shut everything down. We
looked at each other and sighed.

The question: After I replace whatever is broken (this will take another
week I am sure) can I simply start up the bisque fire again and take it
to cone 06?

Thanks in advance for this and in retrospect to all those who helped
with our glaze problems.

Before you rip everythign out of your pooor kiln CHECK WITH THE UTILITY!
There is nothing as little funa s going through agonies trying to figure
out what is wrong with the kiln, when actually a tree fell on a power
line, the auxiliary power lines were overburdened and your kioln "failed"
becaue of a voltage drop that may not have affected your lights much. Be
that as it may: yes. You just start again.
