anne bracker's white slip for bone dry or bisque

updated tue 10 apr 12

I'm looking for a white slip to put on bisque ware and that can be fired
up to cone 10.
I was going to use Lana Wilson's slip recipe but I do not have any Frit
*Frit 3269. I found Anne Bracker's white slip recipe in the clayart
archives. Has anyone else used this recipe? Will it fire to cone 10? I'm
assuming it does since its a slip.

*Anne says: This is a white slip for both bisque & bonedry ware. It has
a lot of
ingredients, but it does work.

EPK kaolin 30
OM-4 ball clay 30
Custer feldspar 50
Silica 100
Whiting 15
Borax* 15
Nepheline Sy 60
Frit 3124 100
Zircopax 100

I honestly don't know. My knowledge of available American Clays is virtuall=

zero; things are a bit different over here :-)
