Hi All, I hope everyone has a great Turkey day. I have some time to
experiment this week with new glazes and I was wondering if anyone
had a cone 6 ox or reduction black matt or semi matt glaze recipe?
I didn't really see much out there when I searched.

Hi Gina,
Here is one that I call Charcoal Satin. It is a very reliable semimatte =3D
at cone 6 oxidation.

There is also a cone 10 oxidation glaze called Worner Black at

You might get it a little closer to black by increasing the stain a bit, =

but a pure black in a matte will be hard to come by. There is also
