Mel, I am sure you are right -- you can't exercise away a shoulder or hip j=
oint with no cartilege left, you wouldn't rush to an acupuncturist with a m=
assive coronary, and some things just have to be taken care of surgically.
Apparently, though, carpal tunnel surgery cost is estimated at $2445 USD. D=
ouble that if it's done in a hospital.
I have a hubby and three teens, self purchased insurance and a $5000 deduct=
ible. Wrist wraps, hot soaks and vitamins, I can afford. Surgery, not so mu=
ch. So it's nice to have the info even if it isn't the first choice.
