> Hello Clayart

Long time not much word from Alisa, but life is giving energy again and I
may even make some glaze tests I think are worthy of sharing. I do not
have many recipes to try so if you have something you think I should test
with Danish raw materials, you are welcome to send them and I will
appreciate the inspiration and challenge.

On extruders. I have a colleague who makes his own dies and would like to
talk with others who do the same. If you are interested in a dialogue or
have a website where we can look and get inspired, David H.? I would
appreciate any information. Please use my email address
alisaclausengmail.com or send to Clayart and copy me. Sometimes I miss
things in the digest format I have on now.

Had a lovely visit from Clayart friend Nan Kitchens and her Mom earlier thi=
s
summer. Clayart is still very much a part of my weekly reading although I
am not talking much. But I plan it in time.

Best regards from Alisa (still) in Denmark

Alisa, your colleague might want to join the clay extruding Yahoo Group.
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/clayextruding/

It is a relatively small group that will sometimes go for weeks with
no postings, but an inquiry would probably generate some
discussion. If your friend checks the archives he will find several
discussions concerning the fabrication of extruder dies.
