If you glaze more than 2=3D2C000 pots a year=3D2Cthe Fountain Glazer will s=
ave =3D
about 50% of routine glazing time.

You will get: 1 CRP Inc. Fountain Glazer=3D2C a Marvac Vacuum Pump Model # =
A2=3D
0=3D2C Serial # 86294=3D2C 2 Pump Hoses and 6+ Cushion Grip Heads/Vacuum Ha=

You need to pick this stuff up because I really don't know how I could shi=
=3D
p it. Gas is expensive these days=3D2C but you would need to go a long ways=
t=3D
o not make money on this deal!

The Fountain Glazer is a foot powered tool=3D2C requiring no electricity=3D=
2C h=3D
ydraulic or pneumatics in its operation=3D2C constructed of sturdy steel tu=
bi=3D
ng and heavy-duty non-rusting cast aluminum parts. It measures 27" x 11" x =
=3D
36" and has a 16 quart stainless steel reservoir. After filling the glaze r=
=3D
eservoir the operator holds an inverted pottery form over the center of the=
=3D
bowl and depresses the foot pedal. A controlled velocity "fountain of glaz=
=3D
e" coats the inside of the vessel in one swift motion=3D2C then the pot is =
di=3D
pped into the glaze to the desired level (see vacuum hand description) to c=
=3D
omplete the glazing cycle. Our specially designed and cast bell pump provid=
=3D
es a low volume=3D2C high velocity glazing action making it possible to gla=
ze=3D
a wide variety of inside pot shapes. Convenient water clean out fittings a=
=3D
re provided to clean out the pump and the stainless reservoir is also easil=
=3D
y cleaned for glaze change over.

If you have to apply liner glazes for salt glaze pots or lamps for instance=
=3D
=3D2C the Fountain Glazer is designed for you. Its simple operation makes c=
om=3D
petent glazing accessible to less skilled apprentices or employees. No airb=
=3D
orne particles or overblown waste is generated as with sprayed glaze applic=
=3D
ation.

The Vacuum Hand is a vacuum suction holder that makes it possible to pick u=
=3D
p and securely hold onto pot bottoms without having to use your finger grip=
=3D
. With the appropriate vacuum pump operating=3D2C the Vacuum Hand suction h=
ea=3D
d is positioned on the bottom where it will take a firm hold. The operator =
=3D
then holds the pot over the Fountain Glazer reservoir (or other glaze conta=
=3D
iner) and dips the pot down to the desired level. The freshly glazed pot is=
=3D
then righted and the vacuum is manually released.
