Hi all,
My recommendation on this is rather straightforward..... call Skutt. Perry =

Subject: Scutt electric question?

Dear Group;

"Our neighbor makes tiles. She just bought a new kiln. It's a 10 cubic =3D3=
D
foot Skutt 1227 with 3 phase. She wants to convert it over to 220 split =3D=
3D
phase but is not sure how that would affect the elements. She doesnt =3D3D
know if she should have a particular kind of element. I told her you =3D3D
might know. What do you think?"

Well, knowing next to nothing about electric kilns( I manufacture gas =3D3D
ones), I bow to the superior expertise in this area of the potters in =3D3D
the Clayart Community............ please advise!

Cheers from Eugene!
