Some of us paint, sew, embroider,=3DA0 do=3DA0 metal work, beading, jeweler=

This is where the fashion show comes in.

I was thinking of just using our Clayart shirts but then I thought why limi=

I thought we could move a few tables in the clayart room till we had a litt=

I even have some music picked out . Not that I'm not open to suggestions on=

Spirit gum, friend or foe of stage and screen artists the world over
can successfully be used to hold those bedazzle thingies to human flesh.
(I had to Google them to find out just what the heck they were, before I
convinced Taylor in TX not to send me any...that boy has cases of them
in his garagio!)

Hopefully there is no metal backing on them, so that they do not
overheat during the naked raku festivities I understand will be held at
Logan's, hosted by Vince in Paul's honor.

Note to Logan: Call Rent-A-Center and find out just how much it's going
to cost to rent 50 or so hot tubs for the Soldner tribute, a portable
pool for the jello or chocolate pudding wrestling, a synchronized swim
team for the hot tubs, and a donkey...make that two donkeys.

Hey Wayne,

Just mailed off the two crates of bedazzle jewels you wanted. Man, I
had to dig them out from behind boxes of puff paints. Hope you like
the colors I chose for you. You're a Spring, right?

Darling!
Dispense, I beg, of your quest for bathing caps for the familia equus
asinus...
the holes one must cut for the ears render them useless.
And trust me, they do NOT appreciate having their ears folded.

Somewhere in North America wanders a man of my years (no not me)
with a permanent scar in the middle of his forehead for attempting just
such a thing.

Perhaps, in light of budgetary constraints (this being the US and all)
we should consolidate events...
Let's make it a naked raku/synchronized swimming in a hot tub full of
chocolate pudding triathlon!
Wrestling the donkey into the hot tub would be of endless interest to
the crowds, and would earn extra points.
Have to watch out for the PETA crowd, though.

Best,
Wayne

My dear Ms. Staffel:

They're not costumes...they're accouterments!
If nothing else, we artists (artisans, craftspersons) are certainly
creative.
Is creative a synonym for nuts?

Unfortunately, you did not attend the NCECA in Baltimore a few years ago.
Clayart basically took over the hotel.
The boa color that year, if I recall correctly, was lemon yellow.
By the time we all checked out, there were yellow feathers on every
available surface throughout the hotel.

I wore my boa through the airport that year, trailing yellow feathers.
When (of course) they selected me for closer inspection, they opened my
carry-on, in spite of my warnings
and yellow boas immediately expanded to a pile which dwarfed the
carry-on. I had brought close to 60
to give away. Security did not know what to think. They were not
amused. Too damn bad! I made THEM
reclose the suitcase...they opened it.

However, you've given me an idea. A multi-colored flowered bathing cap
AND a boa to go through security.
"That'll larn 'em"! I'll leave the speedo to someone else .

Logan...what color is next year's boa?

Best,
Wayne
