I suppose you shouldn't laugh at this ......but I sure did. This past Sprin=
g neither the grade 7 teacher nor the learning assistant could figure out h=
ow to find the circumference of a circle.
The LA was trying to figure out how big a slab to cut for the pot she was a=
ssembling (this was after school).
I teach all the teenagers how to program our electric kiln. They always hel=
p me load and unload it. They learn in about two minutes. How difficult is =
it, really???
No wonder the kids do so poorly when they have such wonderful examples.
