alisa clausen's raspberry blue

I'm trying to interpret the formula below to make the lovely turquoise
raspberry blue on Alisa Clausen's flickr

there is a bit of confusion in my mind because it lists the oxides in
TWO places

for the raspberry base it calls for
Comments: Rasberry base
0.2 Chrome Oxide
7.5 Tin Oxide

Then at the VERY bottom of the info below, it lists the raspberry blue
oxides as

Raspberry Blue
1.0 Cobalt Carbonate
0.5 RIO

My question is -- do I add all FOUR of those colorants listed (since the
raspberry base is different than the Jeannie's Purple and blue amounts
listed below)

OR

do I add ONLY the two colorants listed under the raspberry blue
Raspberry Blue
1.0 Cobalt Carbonate
0.5 RIO

Sorry if this is confusing to you. But it is also confusing to me!

thanks
DJ

I could be wrong (I'm very practiced at be wrong - ask my wife) but I think
they would be separate mixes for different colors. As the wiser amoung us
say - Test Test Test
