To all my friends and fellow potters:

I have the honor of hosting raku artist and Author Steven Branfman at
my home studio in New Richmond Wisconsin this coming October. The
first workshop filled up within days of the first advertisement and
the second workshop is filling up quickly. The workshop is set up
for both Beginner to advanced students and is being offered to my
friends and fellow potters as well as the general public.

I have will have a kiln coming from Tom Clark at Dakota Potters
supply, and Steve Hemingway has also volunteered the use of his clam
shell kiln, and I will be building a wood fired kiln so that we can
have a variety of kilns to choose from and to offer a broader outlook
on how to make or purchase your own kiln. If you have any specific
topics that you would like addressed please get them to me so
that Steven Branfman can organize the workshop accordingly. I also
have several new glazes, especially a red and a yellow orange that
will add to the pallet of glazes that I already have on hand. I'm
looking forward to hosting this wonderful workshop and hope that you
can all attend.

Workshop Fees: $275.00(for 2day workshop and evening presentation)
$250.00-Early Bird special (if received
before 7/30/2010)
$100.00 deposit to lock in your spot
$150.00 balance post dated for
September 15, 2010

Workshop is limited to the first 13 people to register
Copies of the book Mastering Raku will be available for
$30.00 please reserve in advance

I look forward to hearing from you and I will get a list of places for
lodging near the Studio. For the adventurous ones we have space to
pitch a tent and a couple of spots to place a camper, please let me
know in advance to reserve your spot in the workshop.

Thank you,

Mark Lusardi

Oh man. If this posting had a date I would have put it on the ClayArt
