Clayarters,

Luca Tripaldi, a gifted porcelain potter from Turino, plans to spend a
month in New York City next year. He will be here February 23 - March 28, 2=
011
and is looking for a place to stay, an apartment to rent/sublet.

Luca has been my studio assistant (more of my director!) for the past two
years at La Meridiana in Tuscany. He is a very talented potter and has
become a shino addict. He also does extraordinary and unique work with
porcelain paper clay and has enormous information about glazes, especially
crystallines.

While in the states he will be conducting workshops at Clay Art Center,
Brickhouse Ceramics and The Clay Art Guild of the Hamptons. He is also look=
ing
for additional venues, if you know anyone who might like to host a weekend
workshop. Some of the workshops he offers are: Paper clay techniques;
Paper clay surfaces; Saggar firing; Jewelry with colored porcelain; Crysta=
lline
glazes

If anyone knows of any housing possibilities in the city, please let me
know or contact Luca directly: _info@giallocaino.com_
(mailto:info@giallocaino.com) .

Check out his website: _www.giallocaino.com_ (http://www.giallocaino.com/) =

Thanks and spread the word.
