Some time ago I read an article either in a magazine or on the Internet. I=
t
was about how to create large bowls and platters by laying slabs of clay
onto a cloth which was allowed to slump in a trash can. I would love to rea=
d
this article again. Does anyone know where I can find this article?

Thanks,

Hi Judy - I have a page on my blog about this - it works really well - here
is the link.

If the link does not work to that page it was done on Sept 28 2008 and it i=
s
in the second half of that post.
I cut out the shape on a cloth and then lay it into the draped cloth. That
way I do not get any distortion when placing it into the garbage can drape
mold.
