Hi,
Yesterday, I asked about release agents for using a child's =3D
metal sled/saucer to make a slump mold.
First, I want to thank the many of you who offered numerous ideas and =3D
suggestions. I appreciate the time
you all took to not only respond on Clayart, but also email me =3D
personally.
I had many inquires about this saucer/sled. I discovered that =3D
my local ACE hardware actually
carried these 25" diameter metal saucers. The saucers are completely =3D
rounded at the bottom, not flat surfaced
and they are rather shallow, however perfect in my need. =3D20
The ACE item number for this product is 80146 which could be =3D
used to order one of these (I paid $35)=3D20
should you be in the quest of a large round disc. I would suppose =3D
that any ACE hardware store / warehouse
could supply you with one, providing that they've actually seen this =3D
white stuff we Northerner's call snow. Yes,
the same stuff that makes us Northerner's come to visit you =3D
Southerner's.
Special Note to anyone who knows who or what "Rosebud" =3D
signifies , as this saucer is made by Flexible Flyer! =3D20
Now, that takes me way back to my kid days and my favorite old sled.

ps: I'm not affiliated with Flexible Flyer, Ace Hardware, or the =3D
Southern Tourist Bureau.
