The Memorial for
Maurice Grossman has been scheduled for Sunday, February 7th at 5:30 pm, at
the Tucson Museum of Art. There will be a program of speakers, friends and
colleagues of Maurice giving a cross section view of his "life in the
arts". This program will be followed by light refreshments.
Maurice
was a founding member of both Southern Arizona Clay Artists and Arizona
Designer Craftsmen, and was a great inspiration to everyone who crossed h=
is
path. He will be missed by by the craft community and the Tucson communi=
ty
at large. He was truly a Tucson Treasure and one of the most recognized
members of our city. He will be missed, but never forgotten.
