oil burner help

Phoenix Rising Farm on thu 21 jan 10

Many thanks to all that replied to my query about oil burners.
I have about 50 gallons of used motor oil stored, and the only person
I could find to take it wanted to _charge_ me...so he could burn it ?
I don't think so.
(It's amazing how much oil a farm uses with "regular" oil changes on
things like mowers, tractor, autos, all the small engines that do
various things)

Luckily, there are a number of great suggestions for how to use
the oil, and I've been led in a number of interesting directions.
Right now, I'm leaning toward an atmospheric burner, because I'm a cheap
b*st*rd and don't want to run any electric if I don't have to.

Don't know if I'll be firing any pots with it, but it will certainly
help heat
the garage.

Thanks again, all.
