I would unplug the kiln, remove the kiln's switch box, and
make a careful visual inspection of the wiring. Everything
in the switch box should be dry before you turn on the kiln
again. The sparks may be coming from the Kiln Sitter contact
block. If so, you will need to disassemble the block and
clean the contacts.
