Is anyone in the Grand Rapids, Michigan area looking for studio slave labor
in exchange for kiln space?

A young friend, a ceramics major who graduated three or four years ago has
relocated to Grand Rapids. She wants to start experimenting with tile, but
has nowhere to fire. She plans to do her claywork at home, and would be
willing to trade scut work in a studio for some kiln space. She was a
work-study student in the ceramics department, so has some experience with
such tasks as glaze mixing, kiln loading and firing, clay mixing, etc.

If you would like to talk to her, please contact me off list, and I will pu=
t
you in touch. Thanks.
