The show is biennial so the organizers may not be calling for entries
until the first of the year (2010) Have you checked the pages of the
Universtiy which hosts the show?

If I am not mistaken it is held biannually. There was one in 2008 -
so the next would be 2010. Contact Brackers Clay in Lawrence Kansas
