i don't have one on me right now.
but, use this idea:

any temmoku
add: 2 percent bone ash. give or take.

the green slime color comes from too heavy reduction.
iron red can be fired almost neutral. lite to med reduction.
slow cool...very slow cool. and do not get it really thick.
that post card thick glaze works best.
the thicker, the darker.
