Hi Clayart,

A number of years ago when I was on a non-dairy spree, Thanksgiving
came along and I substituted silken tofu for the evaporated milk in the
pumpkin pie recipe. For one pie =3D 1/2 tub tofu.

It works great, tastes the same, but its protein instead of fat and no dair=
y.
Every year somebody is very happy to get the info and I hope that is true
again this year.
