wood as a fuel correction

updated mon 22 dec 97

Slight clarification:::::I have OFFERED to lead a panel on wood as a
fuel. I am interested in all aspects of wood firing at all
temperatures. BUT the panel is not a sure thing yet. When I know for
sure I will let the group know. Until then I am interested in the
names of anyone who is firing with wood or wood products at any
temperature.

Send wood firing names and techniques directly to me at

Can't remember if I responded to this; if not, I fire with wood,
when I can; we have just built a VERY SMALL wood/gas kiln; it
is fired to 1500 or so with gas, then with wood to temp, ^10.
