So here are the results from the Spring Craft Show. Attendance was down,=3D=

Isn't that a bit hasty? It's a recession, folks.....

On the other hand, I've learned never to try to sell at an entertainment
event. People haven't brought money and aren't in the mood. Good luck to
you, though, and let us know.

Molly at NCC told me I sold well as one of the artist of the
month last month. I noticed when I looked at the work they have in
storage that I could only find 2 boxed tea bowls when I thought their
were 4 or 5.
The McKnight show this month should bring some sales too.

I guess it is good to be starting over in an economic slump
because you have nothing to compare to.

Lis,

Probably some clarification is in order. One of the show promoters admitt=

The television morning show live coverage was all dedicated to that=3D20

As far as the Folk Festival goes, should we be accepted it is a unique ve=

For years I've avoided any show that doesn't have art as the primary
draw. I'm not against food at a show. I'm not against music. But,
when I get a letter that says, "Our show will be in the same location
as the Homebuilder's Show, and folks those 30,000 people will have to
walk right by us" I know that the organizers don't have a clue. Walk
by us they will. Come into the show to look at art? Maybe. buy art.
Not likely.
