Dear Clayart & Seattle/Tacoma-area fans;
The Glen Richards gallery has put up a fine web site which chronicles
the ten-year history of their Mingei show, and shares the addresses
and web sites of all the potters involved during the event's long
duration.
Saturday the 22nd of November from 6_9pm will find twenty fine
potters enjoying the appreciation of Seattle pottery lovers at the
show opening. Food, libations, and a live band will add to the cheer.
This much-loved show will move to another venue next year, so we look
forward to celebrating the extraordinary accomplishment of Laurie and
John Fairman, who had the idea and the will to put this show on for
ten years.
