nceca clay national submissions via juried art service

Has anyone else from outside the US, using a non US credit card
submitted work for the Clay National using the Juried Art System?

I had no trouble at all uploading my images and creating my portfolio
but their system will not accept my perfectly good Belgian credit card.

It's becoming quite urgent since the final deadline is midnight this saturday.

Thanks in advance

Russel

Hi Russel,
I had some trouble when I was applying to this same show. I e-mailed
jassupport@gmail.com and got a response almost immediately. They were most
helpful and the issue was resolved so that I could submit my application.
You might try writing to this address with your concern.

Thanks, I've been in contact with JAS by email and with the NCECA
organiser of the show. For some reason, it's impossible to enter my
credit card info in their system. However, we came to an arrangement
that will allow me to submit my application. So all's well that ends well.

And thanks to the many clayarters who replied with their generous offers.

Wish me luck!

Russel
