I've had very little warping with Thorley's 5/8" shelves fired to cone 10. Mine are 24" on the long side using 3 posts only. Laguna sells them or get them direct from Thorley's. Specify Thorley's if you order from Laguna, they've got some other ones from somebody else that are junk, didn't last one firing.

Ric: I used 5/8" 14x14 thorley shelves for 15 years in a cone 10 gas kiln w=
ith minimal warping. I'd flip them when they needed it, not often though. T=
hey're not supposed to work well at cone 10 but they do. I've got Advancers=
now, totally awesome shelves.
