For what it's worth, I've been doing a little testing with the yahoo
groups I belong to; potterbarter and a couple of freecycle groups.
You can set them up to send the messages to your non yahoo inbox,
just give that one as the email address.
You can also get those messages in a daily digest format (which is no
easier than the Clayart digest format to reply to ;-) But for some of
us 'digest die-hards's', it's easier than reading 100 emails a day.
Especially good, it looks like it depends on the group but on the
Yahoo Clayart group you CAN set up an RSS feed!! I'm happy!!
So a Yahoo group could, actually be used quite a lot like Clayart now
and in some ways even easier.
On another topic. Is there any way we can keep the Clayart name? It
does, after all belong to us. Let Acers find a new name.
Could we just take over the Yahoo Clayart group? Who set that up?
Would they be willing? Anybody know?
