fwd: dog cruelty that is being called art!

Whether or not a dying-from-starvation dog is "art" -- it is truly
grim. In my mind it ceases to be even possibly called "art" if it is
repeated! Hence the petition below.

I received the whole shtick (pictures and all, which I have deleted))
from a dog loving friend. Anyone interested can sign the petition --
if you haven't all gotten it already.
