Typo, I'm afraid. EPK was what I meant to say.

20 Mule Team or equivalent.
I was given the recipe by Vince at the Appalachian Center for Craft,
and I am sorry that I don't have an attribution, as it's a dandy and
something I would never have thought of. Perhaps Vince will supply
the origins.
