Jody,
Sadly, I'm a bit past the age where they're looking for major league
shortstops! Also, to get my Ph.d in archaeology would take me into my
senescent years, so I guess I'll have to stick with clay, my adult dream.

Curious what you are talking about here...

off tomorrow on a road trip...girlfriend dropped in Cleveland for a
paperclay workshop, and my son and I then off to Cincinnati for my parent's
60th wedding anniversary celebration...

I'm with you Jodi.....
I've had 12 fabulous years so far with my dream
& can see that almost everything I had done for the 50 years prior
to that ....led me right to it!

Hey Richard - I'm attending the Graham Hay Paperclay workshop presented by
Orange Art Center just outside Cleveland, Ohio. Looking forward to meeting
you. Any others signed up for the workshop?

two of three childhood dreams realized here...not too bad......

a Lois Lane wanna be dream realized with
girl reporter/photographer stint on newspaper ..

"mudpyes pottery" evolved in '96 as a 40 year old
dream of playing in mud again came true..

the dream not realized?? being a high-kicking Rockette in NYC!
being 5'1" tall, the impossible dream played out, but through modern dance
company and classes in college, the dance dream was kinda, sorta fulfilled???
wonder if those height-increasing exercise gadgets really worked??

Beth in sunny, warm foothills of the Blue Ridge Mtns of Virginia watching Rufus - our resident squirrel entertain my mini-pin at the kitchen door......I pray he can't get in the house!?
