It's almost 1 am, 14 degrees outside and we've been firing since early
morning but the kiln is warm... the wood crackling nicely... the snow
stopped in late afternoon and Patrick strung up some tarps to block the
wind, so it's quite cozy.
^6 is down... four more to go. I haven't brought out the pyrometer
because ... well, just because. Very peaceful. Sliver moon like the grin
of the cheshire cat. I have my laptop (bought it cheap from a potter
because it's missing some keys) and am blogging as I go.
gotta stoke
