I feel like I have been robbed by UPS. When they import parcels
from the United States to Canada they charge a $30 brokerage fee. In
one case it was for a $30 item. Post office charges $5.00

Anybody sending a parcel from the U.S. to Canada, please keep
this in mind.

There's a light frost on the ground, the sun is shining, the outflow
winds are blowing from the north and there are whitecaps on the
Douglas Channel.

Wow. I hope that everyone who is participating in the MUG EXCHANGE used the
post office if they are sending their mugs to Canada.

FYI: According to our software customers in Canada - Canada is getting
ready for a mail strike...you may not want to send them that way either! I
send our software to our Canadian customers by checking the box that says we
pay for shipping to the border and the customer is reponsible for all duty
and taxes to get it over the border. We ship Fed Ex and haven't had any
complaints about the fees from our customers.
