I did the same thing - clicked on Alisa's first address and got the sign-up=20=
page for Flickr, not her photo page. =C2=A0I do not have a Flickr acount and=
have =C2=A0only ever gone to it to see what other's have posted and sent to=
us on Clayart. =C2=A0I carefully read the sign-up page to see what I might=20=
have done wrong and how to get to her photos, and slowly it sunk in on me th=
at the small photo in the upper right corner was of my pot. =C2=A0I couldn't=
believe it. =C2=A0I have never sent anything to Flickr. =C2=A0The picture i=
s of a 9 =C2=A0inch "slug" salt shaker that I made many years ago and sold a=
t the Audubon shows (for salting slugs in the garden mainly, but they were a=
lso purchased for barbecues, etc.) =C2=A0I haven't made them in years but tw=
o who didn't make the grade have been =C2=A0lurking under a bench in my gard=
en for many years. =C2=A0A beginning potter from the Midwest who visited my=20=
studio a couple years ago wrote that she was making slugs for a show she was=
in and I told her about mine (which had been good sellers and easy to make)=
and then I went out with my new digital camera, took a few pictures and sen=
t them to her by e-mail. =C2=A0
Now, my question is how did one of those pictures, which as far as I know is=
only in my photo library (Mac I-Photo) and emailed in a PDF to one other pe=
rson, arrive on the Flickr signup page when I brought it up to see Alisa's p=
hotos? =C2=A0
By the way, thanks for the info about the correct address for Alisa's photos=
. =C2=A0She deserves a lot of credit for a phenomenal amount of testing and=20=
information. =C2=A0I don't do Cone 6 but I have a good friend who does and I=
am recommending it to her. =C2=A0 What a great jumping off place for anyone=
looking for new glazes. I say "jumping off" because of course, on your clay=
, with your materials, your application, =C2=A0your kiln and firing schedule=
, it will all be a bit different.
