No doubt in a hurry to finish the post, Alisa used a Flikr

her, of course, this is her folio. For you, this is yours.

Dear Clayart,
This is a base I have been using with variations, and now have tried it
with many colorants.

Here are the results, verbal and visual are on my flickr site, at

http://www.flickr.com/photos/organize/

You can also get there from my website, www. alisapots.dk (Glazses, see
more tests)

These tests may be of interest for overlapping glazes, as so many were
very fluid. I would use them very high on the pot if used over another
glaze. I think they will come a long way down the sides.

No. 20 was very interesting for its relative stiffness and variegation for
an otherwise fluid flock.

No. 19 was a close second for a Floating Blue, with just not as much fur.
A lot of color and movement.

In the next tests I will adjust the balance of the glaze to try to get it
to be stiffer. There were some that crazed, but many that did not.

There was also a great deal of opalescence in the high Rutile containing
tests.

I would recommend protecting your shelves if you test any of these glazes,
especially if you overlap.

Best regards,
Alisa in Denmark

Mary,
Do you have images on flickr? I think the link is not specific to
Alisa's flickr site and it directed you to your own site.

http://www.flickr.com/photos/glazes/sets/

that is the link,
don't otherwise know how I copied the wrong one.

Also, as said, from my website www.alisapots,dk
on the glaze recipe page, there is the link again
if you click on "see more of Alisa's tests" thank you
Maurice!

I am going to retest a few of these because it makes me wonder that
a slight adjustment to the original formula has made the glaze
much glossier and apparently really fluid with some oxides. But it
is all in the balance and that makes it exciting.

Get to go to a big coffee today for my neighbors 50th.

Best regards from Alisa in Denmark
