Hi Jennifer,

I would enjoy dialoguing about this, and, in order for things to be kept
short and clear, and not too much at-once, may I begin by asking -

Once you realized something was not going right with the first Tool,
whatever your perceptions of that were at the time, why did you not contact
me in order to ask what is going on with it, or, to inquire about what you
were missing or needing to know, in order to use the Tool properly?

If you felt there was something 'wrong' with the Tool, why not contact me to
discuss it?

And, once you broke the first one, and went on then to breaking the second
one, I will guess in the same way? since it worked so well the first time?
Or? - I have to suppose you must have sensed something was not going as one
would hope?...so, whether you felt something was not right with the second
Tool too, or felt something was missing in your own understanding about how
to use them, why did you not contact me, to ask what was going on with it,
and or what you were missing, or needing to know, in order to be using them
correctly?

I am about as accessible as anyone on Earth could ever hope TO be.

I am 'here' on ClayArt frequently, you have internet access, my telephone
and e-mail are the first page or so of entrees on 'google' in case you did
not retain the Box or other source of my contact info, or you can ask anyone
who has my Tools how to get ahold of me, or ask the List here how to get
ahold of me, so...

What was your reason for not contacting me with your concerns or questions?

Lets start there, and we can see what all we may learn, discover, find out,
or as may be.

Once we settle that, we can proceed much better...

Best wishes,

Phil

I read bits and pieces of this thread, so anyway... I had the same problem.
After paying for 2 of these great tools, I just can't come up with the
justification to get a 3rd one.
