Don Ellis, a great potter and teacher (usually along with Randy Broadnax)
said he always uses his electric kiln when he rakus at home. He makes
snow-white raku by coating them with terra sig. I once had his recipe for the sig
but I lost it in the Katrina mess. Anybody have it?????
