Lisa,

Yes, indeed: DIA Beacon in nearby Beacon, NY (http://www.diacenter.org)
is an excellent collection of 1960's to present installation type art,
and Storm King (http://www.stormking.org) is has absolutely wonderful
mostly outdoor sculpture. You can do both places in one day.

Best,
Lois

Skybus is starting service here in February, and we just booked $10
tickets to NY for next May. (yes, I was shocked, too.) They only have
2 flights a day, so we're going back to the area near the airport on our
last day so we don't have to get up at the crack o' 3:00am to take the
train. We're thinking to go up early and rent a car to tool around in,
if there's anything to see. So, is there? The town is called Newburgh,
NY. Are there any clay things? What else would be of interest the
first weekend in May?
