I enjoy getting the Digest every day and selecting the topics I'm
interested in. If it has a Digest I'll be happy, but without it I'll
probably lose interest until I need something specific.

I find that the topics I usually find most interesting are in subjects I
may pass over if not for the Digest.

I did like the comment from the Web guy about "taking a look at this for
your review, BUT we've already pretty much made up your minds for you"
(paraphrasing)

Forums are great for linking posts together which is great for seeing the
progression of a topic. I can't tell you how many times I finally click
on a topic after it has been going on for a couple weeks only to have to
backtrack to find the original post.

Forums are also great for the inclusion of photos. I can't tell you how
many times I've tried to use a link from an old post only to find it is
broken. Old posts pointing to broken links of images will be a thing of
the past. For research results this is a great plus.

This whole thing reminds me of the panic over Gerstley Borate or any
number of other raw materials that have actually disappeared. We adapt.

Change CAN be good!
