I have been cleaning up a little around here and realized I have quite a =
bit of ITC 213 sitting around that I have not used in a long time. I =
coated a set up elements for my kiln several years ago and that was the =
only time I used it. The amount is more than a pint - I started off =
without about =BD a pint I got from someone else and I also bought a =
full pint because I thought I would need that much, then I diluted it =
slightly and mixed it together so now it fills almost two pints and =
would still need to be diluted more if you were to dip kiln elements. =
There is probably enough to coat at least 5 full sets of elements, maybe =
more. The quantity I have would cost about $100 from axner since it goes =
for about $60/pint and I would sell it all for $40.

If you are going to coat elements you need to be very careful not to =
apply it too thick or it will flake off - your best bet is to test it =
out first on some elements pins or even an element and fire it to see =
how well it adheres - if it flakes off then you need to thin it down a =
bit more. You also need to mix it well in an old blender and keep it =
stirred up while dipping the elements.=20

The only reason I am selling it is because the elements I dipped in it =
are on a bisque kiln and they are still in good shape after several =
years and I just don't think I will need to replace them any time soon - =
so the stuff seems to work well.

Let me know if you are interested.

Thanks,

Paul
